Delivery times vary based on location but generally range between 2–7 business days after processing.
Delivery Confirmation
Once an order is marked “Delivered” by USPS, it is considered successfully fulfilled.
If you do not receive your order but the tracking shows "Delivered," it is your responsibility to contact your local post office immediately to investigate.
We are not responsible for:
Packages marked as delivered but not received
Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
Delays caused by USPS or weather-related issues
Missing or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please:
Check with household members, neighbors, or building management.
Contact your local post office to verify GPS delivery data or inquire with your mail carrier.
File a Missing Mail Search with the post office.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must:
Provide documentation showing that a Missing Mail Search was filed with USPS.
Submit that documentation to us within 7 business days of filing the report.
We cannot offer replacements or refunds without verification that the proper steps were taken with USPS.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
